Lack Of Coherence In India-US Strategic Ties: Congressman To Mike Pompeo

On the eve of his arrival in New Delhi today, a top US lawmaker told Secretary of State Mike Pompeo that there is lack of predictability and coherence in America's strategic relationship with India.
